The Swan Centre toilet complex is located down the corridor between Poundland and H&M. There are ladies and gents facilities, disabled toilets, as well as unisex parent and child toilets with baby changing facilities.

The Swan Centre has free WiFi throughout the malls powered by the Cloud. Please follow the onscreen prompts to connect.
Accessible/ parent and child parking
There are disabled car-parking facilities located in and around the Centre. These include Wells Place (undercroft) car park and the Swan Centre rooftop car park.
Parent and child spaces can be found on level 2 of the Swan Centre rooftop car park.
All of these car parks are run by Eastleigh Borough Council.
Amazon Lockers
Amazon Lockers are located on the balcony above Costa Coffee, near to the stairs to the car park and Sports Direct.
